Daniel is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Pacem. He has over 15 years’ experience in financial services and is now responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of the firm along with the other Directors. Daniel leads the Financial Advisory team supporting our clients with all their financial needs.

Tony is a Chartered Tax Adviser with over 50 years’ experience in all the stages of business life from start-up, through growth and development to merger and acquisition. He has specialist expertise in the use of trusts and complex estate planning strategies.

Lizzy leads our accounting and business advisory team. She works with clients to find the solution that delivers for their business. Lizzy is a qualified Chartered Accountant and joined our leadership team from a management role in Grant Thornton.

Kevin leads on business development, strategy and marketing. Originally a client of Daniel and Tony, Kevin co-founded Pacem and ensures the customer is at the centre of everything we do. He holds a 1st Class BSc Hons (Marketing), MSc with Distinction (Strategy) and an MBA. He is also a Director of Podiem and Co-owner of MLN.

Jade joined the firm in January 2024 from PwC. She has completed her degree in Business Management and has a background in Financial Crime and Delivery & Operations Management, obtaining both CAMs and Prince2 qualifications. Jade now works as Group Operations Manager, providing operational support to the entire team, and is responsible for driving Pacem’s strategic business plan.

Rachael joined the firm as a placement student in 2017 while completing her Degree in Business Studies, achieving a First-Class Honours. She has since completed her Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and is now working towards her Level 6 Advanced Diploma. Now a Financial Planner, Rachael works with clients to assess and advise them on all their financial needs.

Conor joined the firm in July 2024 from Davy Private Clients. He completed his degree in Finance at Queen’s University, followed by a Masters in Computational Finance & Trading. Now a Certified Financial Planner and a Chartered Wealth Manager, Conor works closely with our clients to advise them on their financial needs and help them achieve their financial goals.

Emma joined the firm earlier this year as a Financial Planner from Lumen Financial Planning. Starting her career studying Hospitality Management, she has completed her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and is currently working towards her Level 6 Advanced Diploma. She is a member of the CII and CISI and also volunteers on the PFS Local Committee of NI. Emma works closely with our clients to advise them on all their financial needs.

With over 12 years of experience in the Accountancy and Banking industry, Crissie joined Pacem as a Senior Manager in September 2023. She completed her degree in Accountancy at Ulster University and has been a member of CAI since February 2017. She now works as part of our Accountancy & Tax team, supporting and advising clients in areas of business and tax advice.

Frances has supported Pacem from the beginning but officially joined the team on a permanent basis in January 2023. With over 18 years of knowledge and experience, Frances works as our People & Talent Manager and supports the wellbeing and development of Pacem’s growing team.

Karena joined the team in March 2023, having previously worked at McGuire & Farry for 3 years. Having initially studied Law at the University of Wales, Karena is now an Accountant & Client Manager within our Accountancy & Tax team, providing clients with business and tax advice.

Rebecca joined the firm in March 2025, having previously worked at CBRE. With a Business Diploma from Belfast Metropolitan College, Rebecca is our Client Experience Specialist and currently leads on designing and delivering an exceptional client service experience for all our clients.

Claire joined Pacem in March 2024 from Doherty PIC, holding over 10 years of industry experience. Having initially started her career studying Geography at the University of Exeter, Claire now works as a Senior Paraplanner and supports Pacem’s Financial Advisory team in helping clients achieve their financial goals.

With nearly 8 years of experience in business banking, Amy joined the team in August 2023 from Amber River. Now a full-time Senior Planning Analyst, she is working towards her Level 4 Diploma and supporting our team to meet client’s needs.

Dan joined in January 2022 from Cowen as part of our Internship Programme. He completed his Degree in Finance & Investment Management in 2020, achieving a First-Class Honours. Having recently completed his Level 4 Diploma, Dan is now a Trainee Paraplanner, supporting our Financial Advisory team to meet client's needs.

Michael is currently working as our Platform & Servicing Specialist. He studied Finance & Investment Management at Ulster University, completing a placement in First Derivates. He has been working for Investec Wealth & Investment before joining our team in October 2024. He has completed the CISI Diploma in Investment Advice and is an associate member with the CISI.

Emily joined Pacem in August 2023 from SciLeads. Having completed her degree in Business Management at Queen’s University, she now works full-time as a Marketing & Communications Executive, driving strategy and growth within the firm.

Niamh first joined the team on our Final Year Internship Programme, while completing her Master’s Degree in Mathematics. Since graduating in June 2025, she now works full-time as a Business Data Analyst and supports the wider team in managing, analysing and reporting on relevant client data.

Having graduated from Finance at Queen’s University, Paul joined the Pacem team in August 2024. Paul now works as a Planning Analyst, working towards his Level 4 Diploma and assisting the Financial Advisory team to help client’s meet their financial goals.

Caolan joined the team in January 2025, having previously worked at Deloitte and Baker McKenzie. With a degree in Finance from Queen’s University Belfast, Caolan is now working towards his Level 4 Diploma as a Planning Analyst at Pacem and supports our Financial Advisory team in achieving client’s financial goals.
